Ground Floor
Entry is direct into a large open-plan lounge, dining area and Farrow and Ball painted wood kitchen. It has satellite TV (English programmes available) /DVD/DAB radio. The room boasts a wood-burning stove in a fantastic granite (hand carved in the 17th century) and oak fireplace complete with retro polished copper and brass. There is a comfortable leather suite and soft velvet curtains.

The whole area of this cottage in France has a quality tiled floor and retains original, full of character, 300 year old oak beams.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and all manner of utensils and other equipment to make it home from home for enthusiastic cooks.

Middle Floor
A hand made solid staircase of recycled oak beams leads to a wonderful light and airy landing on the first floor on which there is a large double bedroom with exposed stone walls, a huge oak beam and a twin room again with stone walls and an exposed oak beam. This bedroom can accommodate an extra bed if required at an extra cost of £60. Each has an en-suite shower room with basin and W.C.

Top Floor
A feature spiral staircase then leads to the light and airy private top floor double bedroom and it’s own spacious bathroom containing bath with shower, basin and wc. Again exposed stone and oak beams add to the character of this floor.
